Ingredients<\/p>

  • 60 ml Ron Abuelo A\u00f1ejo rum<\/li>
  • 10 fresh mint leaves<\/li>
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice<\/li>
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar (adjust as required)<\/li>
  • 1 cup ice cubes<\/li>
  • 1 dash club soda<\/li><\/ul>

    Directions<\/p>

    1. Place mint leaves and 30 ml fresh lime juice into a sturdy glass.<\/li>
    2. Use a muddler to gently press the mint to its essential oils.<\/li>
    3. Add the sugar and the rum and mix well.<\/li>
    4. Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice. Add the club soda and mix again gently.<\/li>
    5. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.<\/li>
